Semi-Passive Income from Websites

Shopify seller? This semi-passive income source was made for you.

Imagine owning a website that makes a few thousand dollars a month in recurring revenue to fuel your online empire.

The best part is, you don’t need to build it from scratch…

You can buy an already-profitable site. So while other investors have to wait for their returns from their real estate and stock investments, you can be earning 100% revenue from day one.

All you need to do is learn how to buy and fix up a site. And that’s what website-investing experts Liz and Matt Raad are going to teach in this FREE upcoming masterclass.

They’ve taught thousands of everyday people how to earn semi-passive income from buying and fixing up sites. But because you’re experienced in online business, this will be even easier for you.

“An amazingly simple way to build wealth which I had never thought of or even thought it was possible. Such a smaller buy-in price compared to property with better returns and quicker”. - Nathan B. - Gold Coast

How to Turn Unsubscribes Into Sales

When someone unsubscribes from your list, it can go one of two ways.

Most email service providers (ESP) show a “reason for unsubscribing” page when someone unsubscribes. Like the one above.

You see the red underlined option?

If someone clicks that, your email will be marked as spam.

This can damage your domain reputation and put your emails in the spam folders of the rest of your list.

So that’s one way the unsubscribe can go.

But there is another way…

Few sellers know this, but you can actually redirect an unsubscriber to a different page from the one above…

Not only will this reduce spam complaints & help keep your emails out of the spam folder...

But you can send them to a product sales page created specifically for unsubscribers!

You see, when someone hits the “unsubscribe” button, they’ve decided they no longer want to receive your emails…

But that doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t want to buy your products.

An extra $3,525.14 in monthly passive sales is within reach

Usually only big brands are aware of hidden strategies like this….

(Because they have the budget to hire real marketing experts)

And they have the luxury to work deep in the nooks & crannies of the business to maximize revenue opportunities that most entrepreneurs don’t get into.

For example, Troy Ericson who’s generated over $100,000,000 in sales for the best DTC brands including Cali-flour foods, REPP Sports, and V-Shred, used this strategy for a seller…

When he implemented an unsubscribe sales page into their store, it generated an extra $3,525.14 in sales in just one month.

The sales page just sits in the background and generates extra income passively.

One way to use the page effectively is to offer a coupon.

Another is to link to an affiliate offer or a down-sell option that's matched to the customer.

But the best thing about this strategy is…

It isn’t limited to just your unsubscribe page.

Where else can you get more sales?

There are other “underutilized pages” sitting around your site that, instead of wasting space, can be working for your store:

  • Forgotten password page

  • Order complete page

  • Contact form submission page

  • Newsletter signup page

All of these areas of stores are easy low-hanging fruit opportunities for any seller.

This strategy is quick. It works.

If you’d like a straightforward video walkthrough on how to add an unsubscribe sales page into your store to catch lost sales, then you can watch it in action from Troy who was kind enough to share this strategy with us today…

It’s in his short email course.

You can open the course yourself and jump to the video on unsubscribe sales pages.

Or you can hand it over to an employee to implement.

You might also find some other secret strategies usually exclusive to the biggest DTC brands in the course.
